Ingredients

HOT CHOCOLATE MIX:

  • 2 cups instant dry milk
  • 2 cups powdered sugar sifted
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder sifted
  • cup granulated sugar

ADD INS: (optional)

  • ½ cup chocolate chips white, milk or semi-sweet
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Peppermint extract

Instructions

MAKE HOT CHOCOLATE MIX:

  • In a large bowl, add dry milk. Sift powdered sugar on top of the dry milk.
  • Then, sift the cocoa powder on top of the powdered sugar.
  • Add granulated sugar and whisk until well combined.
  • Transfer the mix to airtight containers for gifting.
  • The mix can be stored in an airtight jar for up to 3 months.

MAKE HOT CHOCOLATE:

  • To make hot chocolate, add ⅓ cup of the mix to a mug, stir in 1 cup of warm milk until combined. Add toppings of your choice and serve.
