HOT CHOCOLATE MIX:
- 2 cups instant dry milk
- 2 cups powdered sugar sifted
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder sifted
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
ADD INS: (optional)
- ½ cup chocolate chips white, milk or semi-sweet
- Mini marshmallows
- Peppermint extract
MAKE HOT CHOCOLATE MIX:
In a large bowl, add dry milk. Sift powdered sugar on top of the dry milk.
Then, sift the cocoa powder on top of the powdered sugar.
Add granulated sugar and whisk until well combined.
Transfer the mix to airtight containers for gifting.
The mix can be stored in an airtight jar for up to 3 months.
