Our Sausage Rolls recipe is a variation of the classic British sausage roll. We make our recipe easier by using store-bought puff pastry dough.

– Ground breakfast pork sausage – Panko bread crumbs – Onion powder – Ground nutmeg – Puff pastry – Heavy cream

In a large bowl, combine sausage, bread crumbs, onion powder, and nutmeg.

Roll each pastry sheet into a rectangle.

Cut the sheet into three strips lengthwise.

After that, spread 1/2 cup of the sausage mixture down the center of each strip. Fold over the sides and pinch the edges to seal.
