Easy Pretzel Bites are just what you need to celebrate this delicious holiday!  This recipe  comes together in under 1 hour and costs around $2.56! Fast and frugal!

active dry yeast light brown sugar teaspoon salt all purpose flour warm water   baking soda butter granulated sugar ground cinnamon cream cheese  powdered sugar milk vanilla extract

While the dough is rising, combine warm water and baking soda, stirring often. After the dough has risen, separate the dough into four sections.

Mix yeast and warm water - stir to dissolve. Add sugar and salt.  Add flour & knead until it's smooth. Cover and let rise until it's double in size.

Cut the rope into 1-inch sections. Then dip the pieces into the soda bath and place them on baking sheets.

Roll each section into 1-inch thick by 2-feet long ropes.

Bake for 8-10 minutes.

Place the dough on a baking sheet. Let the pretzels rise for 15 minutes.

Place the cinnamon sugar bites on wax paper. Mix together the cream cheese dipping sauce. Serve!

Make the sugar coating and roll the baked pretzel bites in melted butter and then in the cinnamon sugar.
